Veteranpoolen is Sweden's largest staffing company for retirees. At the support office in Gothenburg, we have 30 wonderful colleagues who daily support our dedicated franchisees and local offices with various everyday challenges. In the role of recruitment and support coordinator, you will work with a combination of administrative, coordinating, and support-focused tasks.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Support our franchisees in recruitment processes
• Conduct digital and physical training and onboarding sessions
• Create and follow up reports regarding key figures and perform simpler data analyses
• Administrative tasks and internal coordination
• Contribute to the development of our processes and working methods

Who we are looking for

To thrive in this role, strong social skills are required as the position involves many different contact points in our network. We also want you to;

• Be quick to understand new tasks
• Enjoy multiple contact points and varied workdays
• Be solution-oriented and have a strong drive
• Have good analytical skills and appreciate working with data
• Have previous experience in service, support, or coordinating roles
• If you have experience in recruitment, it is an advantage but not a requirement
• Have a post-secondary education - required

Travel in the job to our local offices around Sweden occurs and is something you see as a positive part of the work.
